Your first submittal, plus 30 days of every product
One payment of $100 buys your first submittal package and opens every WeylandAI product for 30 days. No automatic charge. Before the 30 days end we ask you to choose a plan; without one, the paid tools stop on day 30 and your account and your work stay.
Standalone Point Solutions
Each tool can be bought on its own. Nothing leaves WeylandAI without you: every packet and proposal is yours to review before you send it.
CutsheetX
Paste product lines as maker and model; CutsheetX matches what our catalogue covers (Allegion's brands plus NGP, BEA, Camden and Dyke) and cites the price-book or catalogue page for each match. Lines pasted as a spec prints them do not parse yet.
SubX
Submittal Express. Reads a ruled door or hardware schedule table on the page you name, lists the doors and hardware sets with the page and row each came from, and builds the submittal PDF, attaching the cited document for items our catalogue covers. Full-size CAD sheets and the hardware groups of a spec section read too: on the Rockford bid set, 65 of 65 doors from sheet A2.2 and 110 of 110 items from Section 08 71 00. A scanned spec section's hardware groups are read by OCR; a scanned full-size schedule sheet does not read yet.
PropX
Proposal Express. Builds a complete, priced proposal - client info, scope, terms, signature block - directly from a SubX submittal's real extracted door schedule.
TakeoffX
Takeoff Express. Counts doors by type, size, fire rating and hardware group from your door schedule page, 18 to 40 seconds a page, with every count traced to its row. It reads schedules, not drawings.
MeetingX
A project room with voice, video and screen share between browsers (up to 6 people). Chat, decisions, actions and transcript are saved with the room, so everyone, and anyone who opens it later, sees the same record. Some strict office networks block direct calls.
HuntX
Opportunity Discovery. Public construction notices from seven sources (Illinois CDB, NYC City Record and School Construction Authority, Los Angeles, Delaware, Texas DOT, California school funding), each tagged by trade fit: door scope named, building work, funding to watch, or civil. Filter by state, due date and value; saved searches count new notices since you last looked and send them to your feed reader (RSS) and your calendar (bid due dates).
SightX
Spatial Project Intelligence. Builds a 3D corridor from your door schedule (a SubX session or a pasted schedule): each door at its scheduled size, material and fire rating, its hardware set drawn where it mounts, a door-by-door tour, and a link your GC can walk without an account. Doors stand in schedule order, not on your floor plan.
MarketX
Commercial and multifamily building permits from Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Austin, San Francisco and Seattle: permitted value by month against last year, by building use, for work likely to include doors; the largest and newest projects; the general contractors and owners ranked by permitted value where the city's permits name them (both in Chicago, owners in New York, contractors in Austin and Seattle; Los Angeles and San Francisco publish neither); the open public bids in the state. Projects and companies CSV.
PriceX
List prices from the makers' own price books on file, matched by catalogue number and finish, and your SubX schedule priced at your multipliers, line by line, each price naming its book. Items with no book on file are listed as not priced, never estimated. Lookups and on-screen pricing are free at /pricex; the seat adds the priced-schedule CSV.
CompX
Public contract awards for door, hardware and building work (NYC City Record, since 2021): who won, how much, from which agency and by what method, with vendors and agencies ranked by what they won. CSV export.
WeatherX
Each job's next 7 days from the National Weather Service with the install risk for door and frame work, and a daily log of what the nearest station observed at the job (temperatures, wind, gusts, precipitation) for delay claims.
ForecastX
Monthly cash flow across your PropX contracts with approved change orders counted: billing, retainage held and released, payments after each job's terms, material paid on supplier terms, and your lowest month.
GeoX
Places every job with the Census geocoder: county, city, census tract and the building permit authority it usually answers to (city if incorporated, else county), with miles from your shop.
LienX
Fills the state's own statutory lien waiver form word for word (Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, Texas, Utah and Wyoming today, checked against the statute's text) from the job's owner, customer, amount and dates. States whose statutory forms LienX does not carry yet are refused rather than given a generic waiver; other states get a general form, labelled as one.
BidX
Builds the bid form for a public bid from a HuntX notice and your PropX proposal: base bid in words and figures, schedule of values, alternates, unit prices, addenda acknowledged, bid bond, qualifications, and a bidder checklist.
CoA
The certificate of occupancy request package with an acceptance inspection record for every fire-rated opening in your SubX schedule: rating, hardware, a flag when the set has no closer or latch, and the checks NFPA 80 calls for, with pass/fail and sign-off.
DrawX
Upload a drawing set PDF (36 x 24 sheets are fine). Each sheet's number and title are read from its title block and the cover-sheet index; a sheet whose title block cannot be read is listed without a number, never a guess. A 21-sheet 36 x 24 county set indexes in about 10 seconds.
AsBuiltX
Upload an original sheet and its as-built revision (full-size sheets are fine). The two renders are compared cell by cell and the differences shown as a heatmap with the percent changed: a pixel difference map, not markup recognition.
SpecX
Upload the project manual or spec book. Every CSI section with its page and length, and section numbers that are referenced but not in the book; 08 71 00 Door Hardware found on page 273 of a 288-page manual in about 10 seconds.
RFaX
Reads your SubX schedule and finds what to ask: missing hardware sets, fire-rated openings without a closer or latch, missing sizes, unnamed manufacturers. Each becomes a numbered RFI with the affected openings and schedule pages attached, tracked until answered.
ChangeOrdX
Prices change orders from your PropX contract's own unit prices plus labor, overhead, profit, tax and bond; numbers them per contract and carries the contract sum and time forward through the approved ones.
PermitX
Writes the scope of work from your SubX schedule and lists every opening with electrified, access-control or operator hardware, the plan-review coordination (power, fire alarm release, free egress) and the electrified products' catalogue pages.
SafetyX
Reads your safety reports and daily logs (text or scanned) and lists every incident, injury and hazard with its page, sorted by OSHA hazard (falls, struck-by, caught-in, electrocution first) with the 29 CFR 1926 standard. Injuries get a 29 CFR 1904.7 recording hint. Your safety log keeps corrective actions with owners and due dates, and builds the OSHA 300 log and 300A summary from your cases. Reading and the log are free; the 300/300A forms and exports are paid.
CloseX
The Section 08 71 00 closeout from your SubX job: hardware schedule as installed, keying schedule, warranty table per manufacturer, attic stock, checklist with sign-off, and the catalogue page of every installed product.
NotesX
Turns a MeetingX room's saved record into minutes: attendees, numbered decisions, action items open and done, discussion, and the transcript as an appendix.
InspecX
Upload an inspection report (text or scanned; scanned pages are OCR'd on our own worker). Every line that records a deficiency is listed with its page, including fire-door findings (label painted over, gaps over 1/8 in., propped open, does not latch). Word-list flagging, not an AI reading.
SurvX
Upload a site, condition or dilapidation survey, hundreds of pages and photos included. Every recorded defect or unresolved condition (cracks, lifted, damaged, discrepancy, field verify) is listed with its page; the report's own grading legend is left out.
