Who you are dealing with
WeylandAI (weylandai.com) is operated by Argo LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Argo LLC, and "you" means the person using WeylandAI, or the business they use it for. Using WeylandAI, or paying for it, means you accept these terms.
What is free
- Without an account you can paste a door or hardware schedule and see each line matched to the manufacturer's catalogue page, with the citation, and you can search the cut-sheet Finder. These tools stay free.
- Using WeylandAI without an account gives your browser an anonymous guest session. It needs no email address and ends by itself after 30 days.
- A free account, made with your email address, includes 14 days of every WeylandAI product. We ask for no card and charge nothing; the 14 days simply end.
Your first submittal: $100, with 30 days of every product
- Your first submittal costs $100, paid once. It comes with 30 days of every WeylandAI product, counted from when your payment goes through.
- It is a single payment. It does not renew and it never turns into a subscription by itself: we will not charge your card again unless you choose a plan.
- Before the 30 days are up, WeylandAI asks you, in the product, whether you want a plan.
- If you have not chosen a plan when the 30 days end, the products the offer unlocked stop. Your account stays, tied to your email address, with everything you made in it; choose a plan at any time and you carry on where you left off. The free tools stay open to you.
- The offer can be used once per account.
Plans
- A plan starts only when you choose one and pay for it inside WeylandAI. Its price, in US dollars, and what it includes are shown before you pay.
- A plan is charged when you choose it and then once a month, in advance, until you cancel it.
- Stripe processes every payment. We never see or keep your full card number.
Cancelling, your card and your invoices
- You can cancel a plan at any time from your account in WeylandAI. The same place lets you change your card and see and download your invoices.
- A cancelled plan stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for, and it is not charged again. You can change your mind before that date.
- If you cannot get into your account, write to support@weylandai.com and we will cancel the plan for you.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a charge already made. If you think you were charged by mistake, or you want to ask for a refund, write to support@weylandai.com.
Your work, and what happens when access ends
- What you upload (drawings, door and hardware schedules, other project documents) and what WeylandAI makes from it (matches, submittal packages, takeoffs, proposals) is yours. We store it and work on it only to provide WeylandAI to you.
- When a free trial, the offer's 30 days or a plan ends, we keep your account and your work. The paid products stop until you choose a plan; the free tools stay.
- You can ask us to delete your account and your work at any time; the Privacy Policy says how.
Checking what WeylandAI tells you
WeylandAI points each match to the manufacturer's own catalogue page or price book, with the page cited, so that you can check it. Check the cited page before you rely on a match or a price: manufacturers change their products and their prices.
Fair use
- Do not use WeylandAI to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to get into or disrupt our systems or other people's data.
- Upload only documents you are allowed to use.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
