1. Acceptance

By accessing SubX (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Weyland AI Systems, a MobCorp venture ("Company").

2. Service Description

SubX is an AI-powered construction submittal exchange platform. The Service provides hardware extraction from construction documents, takeoff analysis, quote generation, submittal assembly, and related tools for the construction and manufacturing industries.

3. Account

You must create an account via our authentication partner AuthFor to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes beyond service delivery and improvement.
You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. AI-Generated Output

Hardware extractions, quotes, and analysis provided by the Service are AI-generated and should be verified by qualified professionals before use in construction projects. The Company is not liable for errors in AI-generated output.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed through our payment partner VendyAI (powered by Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service, use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' data, or exceed rate limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request an export.
