Construction bids, generated automatically.

WeylandAI is a small, founder-led team building construction document automation: products that take a door-hardware subcontractor from a public bid notice to a submittal package on one project record: HuntX lists public bid notices, SubX reads the door schedule and hardware sets from a bid set, TakeoffX counts the doors, CutsheetX cites the catalogue page for each item, PropX lays out the proposal.

The technical bet

Schedules are read in the customer's own browser tab: pdf.js reads the characters a PDF already carries, and OCR (tesseract) runs only on scanned pages. No language model and no per-page inference bill sits between a page and its rows, and every row points back to the page it came from. That is a real cost-structure difference from a per-seat SaaS tool billing every API call.

Roadmap: reuse, not reinvention

72 products are scoped across the full platform. Of those, 27 are direct extensions of a live product's existing engine — same document pipeline, one more document type — grouped into five packages: SubX Pro (8 extensions), SightX Pro (8), HuntX Pro (4), TakeoffX Pro (1), PropX Pro (1). The rest are genuinely new verticals, not yet built.

Early-stage: this page intentionally doesn't cite revenue, customer counts, or a valuation — ask directly and we'll give you the real numbers, not rounded ones.
